A coating job runs the same way every time. We diamond grind the slab open so the epoxy can bond, then fill the cracks and voids the grinder exposes. Then the base coat goes down, flake gets broadcast into it, and a clear topcoat seals the floor.

We measure the space and look the slab over for cracks, old coatings and damp spots. Then you get a free estimate with the system and the color laid out.
Diamond grinding opens the concrete so the coating can grip it, and it takes off old paint, sealer and adhesive. Cracks and small spalls get filled before anything is coated.
The base coat rolls out over the prepped slab. On a flake floor the chips get broadcast into the wet base coat, then the loose flake gets scraped off.
A clear topcoat seals the floor and gives it the surface you walk on. Cure time moves with the temperature inside, and we go over the finished floor with you before we leave.
