SF Huling is an epoxy flooring and floor demolition company based in Lock Haven. We put epoxy floor coatings on garage floors, basement floors and commercial floors. We also tear out old flooring and prep the concrete underneath. The work is residential and commercial.
The company carries Steve Huling's initials, and about 30 years of commercial flooring work stands behind it. That commercial flooring side is still active today. Epoxy coating is the growth side now, and it is what this site is built around.
Old flooring has to come off before a new coating goes down. The company that tears out the tile or carpet also grinds the slab and coats it. Both halves of the job stay on one schedule.
Lock Haven is home base, and the working area covers Clinton, Centre, Lycoming, Union and Northumberland counties. That runs up Bald Eagle Valley to State College and down the river to Williamsport. Estimates are free, on a one-car garage or a commercial shop floor. Call or text (570) 772-2721.

The company is backed by about 30 years of commercial flooring experience. Home garages and basements are held to that same standard.
Three decades of commercial flooring work sit behind this company. That background sets how we prep a slab and pick the system for the floor in front of us.
We coat garages, basements, rec rooms and workshops in homes. We also handle shops, service bays, warehouses and back-of-house floors for businesses.
The old floor comes out, the slab gets ground and repaired, and the coating goes down. One company owns every step, from the tear-out through the final topcoat.

From the first call or text to the final walkthrough of the finished work, here is how it goes.
Tell us what the floor is now and what you want on it. Call or text (570) 772-2721 and we will set a time to look at it.
We measure the space and look the slab over for cracks, old coatings and damp spots. Then you get a free estimate with the system and the color laid out.
Diamond grinding opens the concrete so the coating can grip it, and it takes off old paint, sealer and adhesive. Cracks and small spalls get filled before anything is coated.
The base coat rolls out over the prepped slab. On a flake floor the chips get broadcast into the wet base coat, then the loose flake gets scraped off.
A clear topcoat seals the floor and gives it the surface you walk on. Cure time moves with the temperature inside, and we go over the finished floor with you before we leave.
Tell us the room, the size of the floor and what is on it now. Call or text (570) 772-2721, or send the details through the form and we will get back to you.
